Delivery Information

Delivery Area

We provide islandwide delivery to local addresses within Singapore only.

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: S$2.50 for orders below S$300.

• Free Delivery: Orders of S$300 and above qualify for free delivery.

The delivery method will be determined by Guan Seng Electrical based on the size, weight and nature of the items purchased.

Delivery Methods

Courier Delivery

Small and standard-sized items will generally be shipped via our courier partner.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the date your order is received.

Personal Delivery (Bulky & Oversized Items)

Large, bulky or oversized items that cannot be accommodated by standard courier services will be delivered through our own delivery arrangements.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule, specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed.

Orders containing a combination of standard-sized and oversized items may be delivered separately where necessary.

Re-delivery

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive your order.

For unsuccessful delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability or failure to receive an arranged delivery, a re-delivery fee of up to S$30 may apply, depending on the delivery method.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been scheduled for delivery.

Self-Collection

Self-collection is available from our warehouse. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
