Delivery Area

We provide islandwide delivery to local addresses within Singapore only.

Delivery Charges

• Courier Delivery (small and standard-sized items): S$2.50 for orders below S$300
• Personal Delivery (large, bulky, or oversized items): S$30 per order below S$300
• Free Delivery: Orders of S$300 and above qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Methods

Courier Delivery

Small and standard-sized orders will be shipped via our courier partner. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the date your order is received.

Personal Delivery

Large, bulky, or oversized items will be delivered by our own delivery team. Once your order is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule, specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed.

Re-delivery

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive your order. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a re-delivery fee of S$30 will apply.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been scheduled for delivery.

Self-Collection

Self-collection is available from our warehouse. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
